Im half russian, and very proud of it!

I had a very interesting conversation (on msn) with my ex-classmate. She strongly hates Russians, because of our history with Russia! She never learned russian, even though you must learn it because many jobs in Estonia require it! She never did. I was fine with that, I mean, it was her Estonian pride. But a week ago, she got kind of agressive with her words. She said " Anneli, why doesen't the government just send all russians back to their country, we would have more jobs here, less problems!" I took it kind of calmly, it's not the first time iv ever heard this kind of phrase. So i just kindly replied " But that woult mean id loose my mother?!" She then quickly replied "Well, she has a blue passport, doesen't she?" I replied " Yes, she has an Estonian not a wolv's passport (note: wolv's passport is a gray russian passport!"), but so do half of the Russians living in Estonia, so that really wouldn't change anything now would it?"
She didn't reply for a while. Iv never been patriotic about Estonia or Russia, but i allways get angry if a Russian starts dissing Estonia or an Estonian starts dissing Russia!!! So then she suddenly sais " I wish they would all die suddenly, i wish swine flue came to Estonia and would kill most of them!" now this was just sick, disliking is one thing, but to the point where it gets to wishing death to someone, its just sick!!! I felt how my cheeks turned red from anger. My hands were shaking in rage. " What the heck is that supposed to mean, how did the people harm you, what have they ever done to you or your family?" I said..
"Their simple excistance in this country is insulting our pride!"
I was ready to basically find a person online who would just send her a virus on her PC! I was soo getting out of control, now friends who know me, you should not tick me off! I complitely lost my temper and went on saing things i shouldn't. I called her a stupid girl, who doesen't even care about people. The truth is, Estonian youth is not very patriotic, they are slowly destroing the culture, they are killing the language by adding english words into it! And this girl here is talking about pride? How the heck did the russians, no not russians, how did the people of Estonia hurt her? it's a time of peace right now, and wishing for somones death???There must be something wrong with you!! I don't hate the girl, i feel sorry for her. Having such an amount of hatred in your heart, having it so much in your bones that it brings out the wish to kill an innocent person you have never met in your intire life, it is actually sad. How can you live, if rage comes over you every time you see a russian? How do you live with yourself?

But i hold her in my prayers that someday she will have an encounter with a friendly and kind russian-estonian, who might change her way of thinking :)

This blog post is dedicated to all idiots who think that all people are the same! Got a news for you, no their not!
You know how weird and unpleasant it is, when someone asks "Hey, do you like Jonas Brothers? "( as an example), and i will say " No, I don´t!" and the person freaks out " You don't! Omgosh, how can that be, they are like the ultra most awesome three chorded ´i love you songs´type of garage band! And i will say no again and the person is ready to jump on me and kill me, because i just don't like that band! There are three things in the world that are pointless to argue about " politics, quisines and music!"
Everybody ahs their own taste of music and you can't say that their taste sucks, because they can say the same about your music taste. It really ticks me off, when people say " Maroon5 sucks my socks off! I like 50 cent, its better then Maroon 5!" Hello!!!! That is what you think, but walk around insulting peoples musical taste, that just shows what a lamebrain you are!

Estonians seem to not have the Christmas Spirit!!!

Yes! You read right! Up til now, i have seen no Estonians who have the holiday spirit!Believe it or not, but it is true!
The Salvation Army here in Estonia organizes Christmas collection every year! So, i volunteered to stand in Raekoja plats ( Town center) near The Christmas tree. off course there is also the Christmas market! The people there are obviously not in the Christmas mood! The whole time me and Elizabeth stood there, the sails people (women) started giving us evil looks!
So once the band came into replace us, you should have seen the faces of those ladies. They were so mean and jerky about it. They asked the band to move, because it bothered them and they couldn't communicate with theyr clients! FINE! The band moved. And again they complaind that the music was too loud! HELLO! They were the only ones complaining, people passing seemed to enjoy it very much, people stopped to listen to the christmas songs. But no, the market workers weren't pleased! IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!News flash. Every weekend there is a conert at 14:00. Why wont they go and telle tyhem to move the stage somewhere else, or better yet, tell them to switch off the speakers!!!! I eamn, get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what it is, it seems that most of our people don't have the Xmas spirit yet, hopefully it will join them soon!

Big girls, You are beautiful!

Nowadays the fashion world requires girls to be skinny and tall, well if not tall then definitely skinny. Sometimes I go to the store to get a pair of jeans, and most of the jeans are made for skinny tall girls, so I always have to ask my mom to make them shorter from the bottom. The clothes look normal only on skinny people. I mean, doesn't the fashion industry see that there are more people who's body type is not exactly skinny.I am not saying fat, but you know like average I guess.
What I am trying to say is that, to be beautiful you don't have to be skinny. Now, some girls might say " but how will a guy ever like me, if there are so many skinny girls around?" Girls, you know what? Stop being so naive, guys are not dogs to chase bones only.Many guys prefer a girl who has a bit more body to those skinny coat hangers who walk on cat walks! Your body is something to be proud of, don't try to be someone one you are not, specially if you are not born to be super skinny!!!
There is more to a woman then a wonderful physique! Personality, charm, kindness etc. You have to be unique, be a white mouse among the gray ones we keep seeing! Everybody wants to look alike so bad! Dare to be different! By looking different I'm not saying you shouldn't take a shower, or die your hair green etc. You could do that though :D
Believe it or not even in this messed up world there are still men who would prefer a normal, naturally pretty lady.
Everybody is beautiful whether you are tall, short, skinny, chubby, with freckles etc. You all are soooooooo smoking hot!!!!!! Tell that to yourself every morning, when you look in the mirror " God, I'm beautiful!!" :D

WHY IS EVERYBODY OBSESSED WITH HAVING A BF OR A GF!!!!!

Interesting that i bring out this topic, I , out of all people who would actually not mind having a bf. Why? Because i am sick of people treating this topic like the matter of life and death!!! Omgosh, Anneli, you don't have a a bf? What, really? Why? Its like so important to have one just to show off!
For teenagers having a bf or a gf is nothing to do with love, crush yes, but not love!!! So many Estonian teens switch their 'beloved ones' like every three months. Having a boyfriend or a girfriend is a trend, nothing more but a trend. I am not sayng that all people are treating it like a fashion statement, there are definetly some people out there who have a bf or a gf at the age of 16, their relationship lasts for 7 years and they get married. But lets face the truth, there are not many!!!!
Am i any different if i apperantly don't have anyone at the moment! OMGOSH!! Anneli you are 20, pull yourself together, go hunt one down...Well, wouldn't be a problem for me, it's just that i don't want one right now.
How can people get together after knowing each other for 1 or 2 days and say that they are soo madly inlove with each other? Hello, you must of talked for 42 hours about everything, nonstop!!!
Correckt me if i am wrong, but realtionships are about trust, love, care etc. How can you trust someone you know for 1 or 2 days? How can you care for them, if you don't even know who they truly are?

Im not going to say that i don't wish i had a bf! Off course i do, often i find myself thinking about how i want to be safe in someones arms, feel the warmth of his body, enraptured by him! Yes i do want all that, but that does not make me run out on the streets and search for a bf!!!!
Girls, boys think about it before jumping into relationships, breaking up with a person you don't truly love hurts too!!!

I know it sounds retarded, but I'm going to write about my top 5 most favorite Asian celebrities. Some of them sing and act!
I'll start with number one, my most favorite actor of all time, i have admired him since i was 6.

I think most of you have already guessed who am i talking about, yup! It's The one and only Jet Li!

The only movie i didn't like his role in was "Black mask", for some reason i thought the movie was lame, and he is so much better then that!

If you have seen the movie called "house of flying Daggers!" you would recognise him as the soldier who acompanies the "blind woman", when he is really being a secret agent! You have to watch the movie, it is awesome, recommended for people who like battle movies !

You had it coming!

Why do people persist on making stupid lame comments to people who are short tempered, they know it, but they still do it? And then later blame them for their reaction?
One of my acquaintances did so, i am not going to name any names, because most of my blog readers would not know that person and it really doesn't matter, because my blog post is not about that person, but about the comment that they decided to write, even knowing my reaction.

Usually i like criticism, specially when it is about my art work, my job or my new hairstyle or what ever. I can even take criticism from people i don't know. But there are 3 people on my list, that i will never tolerate any sorts of comments from. I cannot force my self to like these people. And i think they know it pretty well. But about a week ago, one of those three made a comment about a picture of me, that is up on Facebook. In that picture i am wearing shorts (obviously they are short) , a red top (my upper area covered, belly covered). She wrote, if she would of worn clothes like that then my Corps officers would of told her off for it. Well, mostly she was told off because unnecessary parts of body were showing. Iv been told off many times, because my shirt or skirt was too short, i don't make a big deal out of it, and i don't feel the need to write other people comments of what would of happened to me if i would of done the same thing or if i would of worn clothes like that, because it is not my business if someone is wearing something that i would usually be told off for!
I am not proud of my personality, i am not proud of the fact that i get ticked off pretty easely, but that is my nature, that is my personality, i am not sorry for beeing born like that, but people who make friends with me know it. Many people don't like it. The person who wrote that comment never liked me, i am not sayng she hated me, but she didnt tolerate me, i can understand that pretty well, but she should of known that my responce will be agressive.
Even with my agressive nature, i still have friends, they still criticise me, hahahah, but i respect them as people and i expect them to do so. But people, if you know the persons nature, why do you persist on doing something you know will upset them and end you up in another fight?

This post is not about the person, but i am just trying to figure why would you risk with having another fight, just to make a comment about others clothes?
